Herbal medicine (botanical teas, tinctures, and dried herbs), and supplements (vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients) can be helpful with symptomatic relief, and addressing the root cause of your concerns.
Functional & Laboratory Testing
Laboratory assessment may be used to help provide further insight into the root cause of your symptoms. Functional testing such as food sensitivity testing, urine, saliva panels, and/ or heavy metal mineral analyses can also be ordered and assessed.

Pharmaceutical Prescribing
Dr. Cassandra has completed additional examinations and training with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, and has prescribing authority. She is able to provide patients with a limited number of pharmaceutical drugs if they fit with the diagnosis and treatment plan. This includes hormone therapy for menopause, and other women’s health related concerns.
Vitamin Intravenous (IV)
& Injection Therapy
Both IV and injection vitamin therapy can be used for a more rapid and efficient absorption of vitamins/minerals compared to dietary supplements. IV vitamin therapy provides the body with high concentrations of vitamins and minerals directly through the bloodstream. Whereas, vitamin injection therapy consists of inserting a small needle into the muscle.
Nutrition Counselling
A way to help you reach your health goals is using food as medicine. Dr. Cassandra recognizes that everyone is different, and therefore specific recommendations will be made according to your unique health journey.
Therapeutic Cupping
Using small cups to provide mild-moderate suction over the skin and muscles, therapeutic cupping helps with chronic pain, increases blood flow to the area, and promotes relaxation of the muscles and surrounding tissues. Light suction, sliding cups can also be used to support lymphatic drainage, reduce the appearance of scars/stretch marks, and assist with facial rejuvenation.
Patient Education
Understanding your own health and concerns is important. Dr. Cassandra takes the time in her appointments to teach her patients about the condition/concern they may have, and how we will work collaboratively towards optimizing your health. Questions are encouraged and welcomed at any time throughout treatment.
