Meet Dr. Cassandra, ND
I have a special interest in digestive health, skin conditions and concerns, women’s health and hormonal imbalances, fertility and pregnancy, stress management, weight management, thyroid health, and mental health.
“I was introduced to naturopathic medicine at a very young age. My mother was seeing a Naturopathic Doctor, and would bring me along to her appointments. As I entered my teen years I struggled a lot with stress management and anxiety, it was then that I began my journey to optimize my health with my Naturopathic Doctor. Every concern that has come up since then has been managed and guided properly by my Naturopathic Doctor. As I got older I recognized just how much naturopathic medicine changed my life. I always knew I wanted to end up in health care, and I wanted to help people as my Naturopathic Doctor helped me. My goal since has been to have a positive impact in someones life - whether that be a small or big difference.”

Approach to Care
As a Naturopathic Doctor, Cassandra takes a patient-centred approach to care. She takes the time to get to know her patients in all aspects of their life in order to collaboratively create a treatment plan that is best suited for each patient. She recognizes that everyone is different, and therefore each treatment plan will be different. Dr. Cassandra uses a combination of evidence-based medicine and natural therapies in her practice. She aims to uncover the root cause of a concern or illness through lab work, patient symptoms, and physical examination. Treatment plans may include supplements, botanicals (herbal formulations), acupuncture, therapeutic cupping, and/or clinical nutrition.
